Arque Degi Joint Stock Company plans to implement three floating urban and tourism service projects at De Gi Lagoon, with a total investment capital of more than VND 8,554 billion. Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc affirmed that the three projects - namely the Southern De Gi Lagoon Floating Urban-Tourism Service Area (Sub-area 16.1), the Central De Gi Lagoon Area (Sub-area 16.2), and the Northern De Gi Lagoon Area (Sub-area 16.3), with respective areas of 225 hectares, 187 hectares, and 160 hectares - are strategic projects marking a new stage in the province’s growth on the map of high-end real estate and super-yacht tourism. A core highlight of these projects is the development of Asia’s first zero-emission yacht zone, operated by renewable energy and advanced green water treatment and propulsion management systems.
Regarding the Cultural, Sports, Entertainment, and Recreation Complex combined with Commercial, Service, and Tourism Project No. 1 of Blooming Sky Co., Ltd., Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc emphasized that the project is not merely a cultural and service facility, but a significant milestone in the province’s socio-economic development strategy. He expressed his expectation that the project would become a model of Viet Nam-Republic of Korea cultural integration, serving as an Asia-level cultural and artistic center and contributing to the strengthening of economic diplomacy.
Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc highly appreciated the investors’ goodwill and capacity, and requested that they strictly comply with Vietnamese regulations, ensure harmony between environmental protection, local cultural values, and international standards, and place strong emphasis on sustainable development. Gia Lai Province committed to accompanying the investors and applying a “fastest and best” mechanism for the settlement of administrative procedures. At the meeting, the province presented the investment registration certificate to Arque Degi Joint Stock Company and the investment approval decision to Blooming Sky Co., Ltd. On this occasion, Arque Degi Joint Stock Company donated VND 01 billion and Blooming Sky Co., Ltd. donated VND 02 billion to support Gia Lai Province in addressing the consequences of natural disasters caused by Typhoon No. 13.
With shared orientations, commitments, and concerted efforts by the authorities and the business community, together with a long-term strategic vision, decisive leadership, and the companionship of reputable international investors, the high-
end urban and tourism projects at De Gi Lagoon and Cat Tien Commune are expected to become outstanding landmarks. These projects will not only create new highlights for the area but also contribute to elevating Gia Lai into a modern, dynamic, and attractive growth pole in the international arena.
