Vietnamese crepe wrapper
With pure white color from rice mixed with water to be milled, thinly coated on a greased pan then rolled up. Pancakes with a glossy crust and a fragrant aroma of grease. Originally, banh xeo was called crust pancake because it didn't have a filling. It is eaten with fish sauce with a little chili, sugar, lemon and crushed garlic. The fatty taste of rice and grease and the sour, spicy, salty and sweet taste of fish sauce make it hard to forget even though the pancakes are so simple and rustic. You can eat full moon pancakes with only 7,000 VND.
